What We Do
Tier Management is a data center integrator. The Company creates its Data Center solutions by orchestrating Tenants, Investors, and Properties into customized project business plans, financed by our investor partners. Tier Management then remains onsite: operating, maintaining, upgrading, and marketing the facilities. This allows our projects to become PaaS- "Plaftforms-as-a-Service", in which multidisciplinary best practices interact for the benefit of all participants.
We develop a sound business plan for every Project, detailing the investment and return for our investor and lender partners.
Projects are delivered via our multi-disciplinary Consortium of independent industry experts and providers, which include: Data Center facility and operations experts, designers, builders, real estate professionals, and investors. It is the independent thinking of our Consortium members that distinguishes us from all others, and that enables us to eliminate the guesswork that accompanies challenging Data Center projects.
